DLP in charge of a modern office building in Vitacura

Santiago, November 2013. – Just recently, DLP started working in a modern office building located in the exclusive area around Francisco de Aguirre in Vitacura. Built in a 1,200m² area, the design includes five underground floors and seven open plant floors. It will be constructed using reinforced concrete and crystalized coating, known as curtain walls.

In 8,500m² built, the building will have a VAV climate control system and offices will be independent from superior floors. At the same time, it will have intelligent elevators that differentiate the access to the central building as well as to the offices.

It should be mentioned that access levels were designed to have an exposed concrete structure, architectonically integrated with Bouchardage concrete plus a deck designed with green areas and trees, hanging planters from its façade. This last feature is part of a modern tendency in architecture and construction; planters will be automatically irrigated as they are integrated to the water supply network.

More than 100 people will work in this construction which is estimated to be finish by the second semester of 2014.
