Its main facades shall be covered with travertine marble and on its deck, the designers designed a double glass dome wich will allow the entry of natural light. CallSouth also has the particularity of not having vehicular access ramp to the underground, but with a lift that raises and lowers the vehicle level to the level of streets parking.

The new office building, located at Avenida Libertador Bernardo O’Higgins with Manuel Rodríguez, will be surrounded by old factories, residential buildings, universities and courtyards. It highlights its proximity to the Metro station Los Héroes and tracks of the Transantiago. The deputy Work, Ulises Tello stood out the dual access of the project: one from Alameda and another by Manuel Rodríguez, considering it is a focal point of downtown.
